+ -1 moreHe did a good job. He was on time. He handled all the blueprints and the permits. He had a subcontractor crew that worked both supervised and unsupervised with him. It went up quick and essentially on schedule. Some of it had to be finished in the Spring because of the winter. I felt good enough to have him come back and repair the garage when we had some storm damage from a fallen limb.
Description of Work: He built my detached garage.
