Drumm Concrete

Challenging indeed. A challenge to get the job completed with good workmanship. My job is pictured here and I hired Drumm Concrete and Landscaping after they completed a neighbor’s job and to support local small business. Upon completion I talked with Tyler to let him know I was not satisfied, particularly with the concrete finishing, the paver that was removed and not replaced, and the grout work. I paid in full at the time in good faith that Tyler would return and make it right; with his concurrence that the finishing could be better, the paver would be replaced, and the grout replaced at a shared cost (can provide details). Weeks went by and I contacted Tyler to get an update. He committed to have the work corrected 06/19. When nothing had happen by 07/01 I reached out again and asked for the actual commit to complete, stating I would contract it out to someone else and bill him if I did not get a response. I got a response …in short saying tough luck. He stated he had already lost money on the job but not sure how that is the customer’s fault. We don’t quote the jobs. And he asked I stop bullying him.…bullying obviously being asking him to fix the shoddy work. I can provide photo evidence; please IM me. Posting this to warn other potential customers. I needed 2 separate pads poured for my car lift in garage. Out of 5 quotes this was by far the best deal. And was very satisfied with the work done by tyler was super friendly and professional. Will hire again soon.
