Details Cleaning Service is run by Kim Messer.  As with many cleaning services, some of their employees are better than others.  They usually work in groups of 3.  If you get the better cleaners, your home will sparkle when they leave.  If you get the mediocre cleaners, your house will reflect it, however the price is the same.Their price is high, and their service is unreliable, both in quality and punctuality.  The service is supposed to be set for specific, recurring days/times.  About 35% of the time, they do not show up when they are scheduled, and you must chase after the owner to reschedule.

I find the service unreliable and the owner unprofessional.  I would not recommend them.
