I had contractor come out to give an estimate, he promised a quote by the next monday, but after 5 WEEKS and 3 follow up calls to their office I still never received any form of quote! Obviously to me if they can't even get you a quote, there is no way I can trust them to show up and perform the work so even if they gave me a quote now, there is no way I would choose them. I have since gotten 3 other quotes all very quickly and will be choosing one of those contractors

"We at Design-Rite are very concerned about our clients and potential clients. We are responding to this now because we never received any notice that this review existed. We are not entirely sure where the communication breakdown occurred but it was decided that this job would not fit into our schedule in the time frame that the customer requested. If the client was never informed of that then we sincerely apologize for that and any inconvenience that this may have caused them. We do strive to do the best for our clients that we possibly can and will continue to improve our services for our existing and future clients."

The service representative came to the house at the time that was agreed upon. He repaired the back flow system, replaced several fittings and sprinkler heads and ensured the rest of the system is working effectively. I plan to use Design Rite again.

Overall it went very well. We've had rains ever since we had the system installed and its working great. Their office is really not very far from where we live, so I can get pretty immediate service when they started it up in the spring. My neighbors used them as well. We would use their services again in the future.

YOU CAN CALL THE OFFICE AS OFTEN AS YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO, ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS YOU WANT, AND CINDY, THE RECEPTIONIST, IS THE MOST PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PLEASANT PERSON TO TALK TO EVER. EVERYONE THERE, INCLUDING, JIM, MY ORIGINAL CONTACT, WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HAD MY PROPOSAL TO ME THE FOLLOWING DAY, INSTEAD OF A WEEK OR SO LATER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
