They did a fantastic job. They did 300 yards of downspouts. They were first class. They showed up when they said they were going to. There was a backlog. I chose them off of Angie's List.

The service representative came to the house at the time that was agreed upon. He repaired the back flow system, replaced several fittings and sprinkler heads and ensured the rest of the system is working effectively. I plan to use Design Rite again.

Overall it went very well. We've had rains ever since we had the system installed and its working great. Their office is really not very far from where we live, so I can get pretty immediate service when they started it up in the spring. My neighbors used them as well. We would use their services again in the future.
