I had hired Coldstream Exteriors to replace my existing roof. Dominick was excellent to work with and kept me updated through the instal day with all progress, comments and questions. Of the five quotes I received, they were by far the most affordable and they produced the exact same work as the other companies. Definitely a company I will recommend going forward.

Our experience with Coldstream Exteriors on replacing the roof on our house was a pleasant one, from start to finish. The project manager Mario Bennett was great at managing the project. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always addressed our questions and concerns cheerfully with a big smile. His crew came on time and very efficiently completed the roof replacement in 1 day. The workers were clean, courteous, and worked well with each other.. The yard was cleaned up and looked better than when they started :). I would highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for your roof repair and replacement. They work hard to make sure you are highly satisfied with their work. Good pricing too.

The project manager Domick did a excellent job presenting the product providing guidance for pricing . He was available at anytime we had questions. He was there on the installation and came afterward to verify all work and cleanup. The workers were on time and did a fabulous job. The process was good. They did not damage anything on the property while tear of existing roof. The roof now has new boards that needed to be replaced. The workers stayed all day until it was done snd cleaned up everything. Very good job! Good pricing and completed on time.

Amazingly awesome experience. Bid came in $1,800 less than his competitors. Communications from bid to install and after was phenomenal. Roof looks fantastic and work area cleaned up and immaculate after job was completed. So refreshing to come across an honest and trustworthy roofing contractor!!!

The entire team was very professional, responsive and helpful. I didnâ t feel like I was dealing with some shifty salespeople. Brian and Brendan were honest and genuine. Brian got on our roof to find where he thought the leak was coming from and even took pictures to show me. His turnaround time for the bid was fast and he was very quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We love the look of our new roof and highly recommend this team.

They have good quality control would recommend to all my friends would use them again they are an excellent company to work with. I had eight other roofing companies give me bids in the past two years. This is the only one that required no money down and they gave u the option if you were not happy you did not have to pay the full amount until they fixed the issue you need to give them a call u will be glad you did

I saw a loose shingle lying in my roof and panicked. I thought that the recent windy days had made some shingles come loose. I put a request on HomeAdvisor and got a call back from Coldstream exteriors. Brendon came out the same afternoon and went up to inspect the roof. He discovered that this loose shingle was from a neighboring home and not mine. He inspected the roof on my home and gave it a clean bill. He was diligent and honest. I sincerely appreciate their quick response and honest inspection. I will definitely hire them when I need them.

We needed a new roof on our house, and we decided to use HomeAdvisor to get few bids with hopes that we can find the best price that won't break our arms and legs. "Ricky Waller" was the second person to give us a call but he was the first person to show up to give us the estimate. We never regretted hiring Coldstream Exteriors, they did a great and fantastic job, and it was done ahead of the snow storm that just hit Saint Louis! "Ricky" is very cool and very professional and so knowledgeable of what he's doing and was always available and quick in solving issues. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors! We love the new color on our roof! Great job!!! Thanks!!!
