The people on the phone are all very professional. The guys that come here are professional and they know what they're doing and the things that they're talking about well. I'm kind of in awe of the knowledge that they have of carpet and whatever. They don't look like a bunch of slobs either. They'll be here in an hour.

The tech arrived right on time. He was very courteous and professional. The carpet was pretty dirty in high traffic areas; since the carpet is also past its prime, I didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they turned out. We have used Christian in the past and will continue to do so.

I am not happy with the slopy work cleaner has done. Cleaner was done is 20 mins. Didnot pre treat the carpet.Didnt do the deep cleaning. I have pointed out the areas that were still dirty and stained to cleaner but he didnot even try to redo. He told me out right that its the best he can do. I see no difference in before and after. Its rip off I would recommend to avoild this compnay. I selected them due to their deal on angies List but I highly regret selecting them.

Email notification to company resulted in a same day response by phone and scheduling of appointment. Office personel very efficient and friendly.  Received phone call reminding of appt. day before appt. Recieved a 3 hour time frame for potential arrival and received a phone call from tech "BW" when he was on the way to appt.  All occurred within the promised time frame.
Tech "BW" reviewed the areas to be cleaned and began work promptly. Work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. Tech "BW" made sure homeowner was satisfied with job. Very pleasant experience and carpets look fantastic. Microfiber chair also came very clean. Will use Christian Carpet Cleaning for all future steam cleaning.

My experience with General Carpte Cleaning went very well. They are professional and I will use them again.

He was very good. The price was fine and the quality was very good. He was right on time.

We have used him several times. They are pretty good and we have used them several times. We have tried 10-20 carpet cleaners over the last 20 years and they have done a good job. They get in fast and do the job. They are very good. 

My experience with them was great, and their price was very reasonable. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I like them. They do a good job and are really quick and on time. The whole thing gets done in an hour or an hour and a half, which is nice, especially since I have kids. Last year, there was a spot that did not come out, so I called them, and they came back the same day and looked at it again. Everybody is really friendly. I have never had any issues not feeling comfortable with any of the technicians. If I do the whole house, it is about $100 or $120, and I can easily find coupons too. I like their service. They were recommended by a neighbor. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Carpet cleaner was very aggressive. Spent more time interupting me to trying to sell services (I work at home and timed him) than he did actually cleaning the carpets. Kept yelling " come here, come here. Look at this" after I explained to him that I was on a conference call. He wanted me to stand and watch him work. Inapproprite comments.

The technician was on time and very friendly. One room in particular we were concerned about was our family room. The carpet was bad when we moved in the house and we actually were just going to replace it, before we decided to try having it cleaned first to save money. The tech got it cleaned nicely and ven went over some spots at my request with no hesitation or complaints. We also asked if evrything was to my satisfaction before left. He also always asked permission before he moved anything around. The experience was good and I plan on using them again and my carpet looks great!.

It was a $99 special. The young man that came was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He didn't leave any messes. He worked hard to get one stain out in the floor downstairs but it was easy because I had already had soap on it. The stains upstairs didn't come out. He didn't spend a whole lot of time here so I'm not really sure of how much effort he put into it. I would recommend them for basic cleaning. They were not horrible but they were not great.

Everything went just fine.

I was renting a house that had a brand new white carpet installed. I lived there for almost 2 years with 2 dogs (lab mixes). Needless to say, these carpets were very dirty, even though I tried my best to protect it. When he finished, those carpets looked brand new! It will certainly insure that I will get my deposit back!!

They were excellent. They guy was quick and courteous.

I thought that it was okay. We didn't purchase the best package, so it was satisfactory to what we were looking for.

The two gentlemen who came to clean the carpets called when they were about twenty minutes away, which was very nice. They were professional, kind, and efficient. I would highly recommend.

They were fine. They were actually really quick and made it less of the hassle than what I thought. Their cost was pretty comparable to everybody else, so, cost wise they were great. Their efficiency was also great, our carpets were fine after their work and I am really very happy with their service.

They arrived on time, moved the furniture and did the job pretty quickly which I wanted. They did not try to pressure me into having anything else cleaned. They did a very good job for me.

They are very good. They are friendly, give good service and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They do a really good job in getting the carpet clean and I would recommend them.
