Granger was recommended by our contractor. Due to schedule conflicts, all business was done over the phone, which I would normally not do except for the strong recommendation. The work was timely, appears of high quality and the clean up left no trace. I am very pleased and will hire again.

Great experience. Granger looked at our situation and provided several written estimates for different options regarding cleaning and repairing the existing gutters vs installing new gutters of various sizes, with various gutter guard options. He patiently answered endless questions by email and provided new estimates as needed. After an option was decided upon and the team came to the house to install, new information was discovered which made that option not the best choice - rather than proceed anyway just to get done and get paid, the team cleaned the gutters to avoid immediate issues, and then Granger pointed out the problem and came up with another series of different options. We ended up going with all new 6" gutters with additional downspouts and gutter guards on the house, and new 5" gutters on the detached garage, and the team came back when the material was in to install. Totally happy with the result. Here, though, is an indication of the kind of folks these are: This was done in the spring and we discovered an bird's nest, occupied by mama bird, three very tiny babies, and one as-yet-unhatched egg, on top of one of the downspouts to be replaced. Granger removed the nest and held it in his hand while the team replaced the downspout as quickly as possible, and then replaced it in the original location probably 10 minutes later. Mother returned to the nest immediately and the babies grew up, evidently with no deep psychological problems. You can't beat that.

Checked the downspout and offered to clean it out for some money "under the table." After cleaning it out (took ten minutes) he asked "how much do you want to pay me, five bucks"? I went inside to see how much cash I had. I came back out with a $50 and a checkbook thinking he'd take a check for like $25. He told me he'd take the $50 and then told me how dangerous the job is. I get that the job is dangerous, but he literally just asked for $5 and then took $50 and acted like he deserved it. Shame on me for even offering it, but it just showed me his true character. Deal with him at your own risk.

Mr Browne was prompt and professional from the initial contact through job completion. Gutter was a perfect match and the experience was without issue.

I'm satisfied with the outcome. Granger did what he said he would. Work went well. I recommend.

The Channels was the only professional company to quote the job. After looking at the job I had 3 no bids. Part is I specified large guttering and part that the job was 35 feet in the air and no level ground. I did a handyman quote the job at 2x Channels estimate.
