Terrible Service! Showed up hours late for delivery. Delivery lady was very rude when addressing concerns. Spoke to offer, manager reluctantly took off $20. Delivery person never gave a receipt. I called back over 4 times for a receipt ad they refused to provide one for the cash purchase. Shady operation- Your money will be more appreciated with another company!

Overcharged to drop off small amount of yard waste

This company was working in the yard of the house next to our property. First, the workers were using our property to unload their materials. We asked them to stop coming into our property. They agreed but, in a few minutes, when the homeowner left for a few minutes, they were back using our property. They were extremely rude, such untrained and dishonest people. Also, they drove on the side walk and parked their heavy truck loaded with heavy precast concrete blocks on our sidewalk risking cracking the sidewalk. We would be charged by the city of Cincinnati for repairs. We hope that company trains their workers and respect other people's properties, including the neighboring properties of their work areas. We have communicated with our neighbor who hired this contractor, Bzak Landscaping Co. about this issue. He was apologetic. We sent an email addressed to the president of Bzak but he has not responded. We think these actions are disrespectful.

Have worked with them for years and when we moved had them come and do a plan for fixing a yard that had not really been touched in years.  They brought in dirt/grass for back yard and front to even it out.  They installed new beds with plants etc.  They cut down alot of old growth and honeysuckle.  Have had people stop to compliment our yard.  It looks really nice- they always do a good job and stand behind their work

The entire process went quite well.  I was pleased with the promptness of the quote, the price, how the work was handled, and the final paver patio is better than I hoped.  They were a great company to work with.  I highly recommend them for paver patio installation.  We will certainly work with them on landscaping projects in the future.

I've had him do work for me before and he does beautiful work.  This project took alot longer than I had expected and there were delays that I didn't expect.  In total it took a little more than 6 months.  They are really nice guys and do really great work, however, I wish it wouldn't have taken as long as it did or wish they would've advised ahead of time.  This project ended up consuming my entire summer and left no time to entertain with their work schedule in progress.

They were really good. They had a layout and they had us meet with their design team in advance. They reviewed it and we walked through the landscape center to make sure we understood the plants that we're going to put in our layout. They're going to put the rock type as well as the mulch in some areas to make it look professional. Stepper stones as well were included in two locations. It was overall very positive. The only negative was the timing. They were supposed to show up on the day and they didn't show up at all. They started coming the day after but they completed the work. It was an exceptional quality. Anything that wasn't to my satisfaction, they made it to my satisfaction.

Everything went very well.  They scheduled a date - showed up on time.  The patio was complete in 3 days - and it looks great.  They were very professional, punctual, and everything was as promised.  They matched the estimate cost exactly - in spite of several small issues that arose over the course of construction.

The work they did was great and so were the workers.  I don't know if they are really busy, but getting a response when it came to scheduling took awhile.  Nice work, just a little hassle on the logistics.

Bzak representative came out to our house to take pictures and get information to prepare an estimate for landscape work. The person was 1 hour late. I had to call to confirm someone was still coming out and was told they were on their way. I was told they had the wrong phone number. I gave him the correct phone number for future use once he arrived. After getting that settled he listened to us and then took measurements and pictures. That was the last we heard from them. No email, phone call or letter. They had our email address because we contacted them thru Angie's List. They were given our phone number (twice), and knew our address because they came out. Why should I need to contact them to ask about the estimate when we are giving them the business. All the other companies we contacted and had come out (5 total) all contacted us and followed-up. Needless to say we were less than impressed and did not receive our business.

they did an excellent job on installing another bed - removing grass and planting etc.  They also did the spring clean up and advising on plants that didn't make it through the harsh winter

Appointment was promptly kept, work done in a professional manner, this spring the seeded areas all prospered and the new grade to the yard is handling the "gully washers" well.
I would highly recommend Bzak for their craftmanship, professionalism and price.
