I met Karla when her clients bought my house. I was extremely impressed with her and later asked her to help me buy my current house. Karla responds promptly to calls and emails. She's often available on short notice to look at houses. She makes excellent suggestions, provides useful information and comparisons, and generally keeps track of all of the details. She's patient too, I took a long time to decide on a house. Karla is really terrific to work with!
