+ -1 moreHE DID NOT GIVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. THE GUTTER HE REPAIRED IS STILL LEAKING WATER. I HAVE TRIED TO GET HIM TO COME BACK TO FIX IT, BUT HE TELLS ME HE DOESN'T HAVE THE TIME NOR HELP.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP ONE GUTTER AND A DOWNSPOUT AND REPAIRED ONE GUTTER.
