THE INSTALLATION JOB WAS DIFFICULT & THERE WAS A COST INCREASE FROM THE ESTIMATE, BUT TOM WAS ABLE TO GET THE JOB FINISHED IN THE TIME FRAME HE INDICATED IN THE ESTIMATE.
