The crew from TechKinect was great. They were very committed to making sure that the lighting looked great and that I was satisfied with the results. They even fluffed up my flower beds that had been beaten down by the recent rains and they look even better. They left my landscaping looking better than when they found it. Jacob came to our home for troubleshooting the problem with our home theater system. He quickly identified the problem with projector and personally handled the call to customer service with Epson to resolve the issue. I also learned during the visit that he is also Nest pro and he replace my old thermostat with Nest very quickly and efficiently.
