This company uses all of their own products and provides their own equipment. I was worried that it would be off-name products or a swiffer or something like that. This was not the case. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the brands that they used and felt comfortable that my house would be getting a thorough cleaning. She started upstairs and worked her way down to our finished basement. We have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms along with a half bath.
We have two cats and a dog and she was great with them as well. They didn't ask me to put my pets in a separate area or put them in a crate which I was glad about. She even asked me if my dog was afraid of the vacuum before she started! Once she completed the cleaning, she asked me to walk through the house with her so I could review her work. Everything looked great and I will definitely be using them on a regular basis in the future.
My home (2200 sq. ft.) was spotless when the staff left. All chores that I had previously laid out were accomplished with extreme satisfaction within the time-frame allowed. I would have no problem using and recommending this outstanding company again in the future.
