 + -1 moreI later received a message " The seller received your payment on Jun 22, 2010. Your delivery estimate is Jun 30, 2010 - Jul 01, 2010". That was three months ago. I started calling them to ask about my item. The first time I called they convinced me to wait due to out of stock. I called back a couple of weeks after that because I needed to fix my car. I told them towards the end of August that I wanted a full refund because I didn't see any progress. It is now Oct and I still didn't see my refund. The lady that I have been talking to is very nice but the person in charge of the transaction is not very helpful at all. He is either on a meeting or not at work. I will not conduct any future transactions with this business and highly recommend not to buy anything online with them.
Description of Work: I ordered an item advertised "2 (TWO) APEXI N1 STYLE MUFFLERS-BURNT TIPS, DEEP SOUND! (320489342981)" for my car. The cost was $100 plus $40 for shipping for a total of $140.
