"Dear Mr. [Member name], I have looked back in my records and cannot seem to find any notes of having taken a message either by phone or the message center. I do apologize that we never did connect. However, one has to know one called in order to be able to respond. I just do not have any notes informing me that you called. Sincerely, Brian Siler"
"Mrs [removed member name]. I think giving someone an "F" is harsh. I don't remember having taken a call or received a message from you through the message center. I am sorry you had a bad experience. Sincerely Brian"
"In response to this review I feel that the potential customer was not entirely fair in his assessment of the estimate. In the company's defense, the company never did not receive a timely responses from the potential customer. I feel the relationship between the contractor to the customer is a two way street. The company had to contact the potential customer several times in order to receive a response with the status of the potential project. The company was never informed that the potential client decided to move forward with another contractor or that the potential client was not satisfied with the estimate that was provided. The estimate that was provided is the same estimate that is provided to all potential customers. This is the first time anybody has informed the company that the estimates provided are difficult to understand."
