When we went into the store, Rainbow Carpets took the time to explain everything and show us many different options that were available. On the days of the install, they showed up when they were supposed to, and the project took about 1.5 days. They floors look great, and have really lightened up the room! I would recommend them to anyone else looking for hardwood flooring installations.

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY. I APPRECIATED THAT THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF WALLS AND MOPBOARDS. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESSES.

WE SET A TIME UP WITH THEM, AND THEY WERE PROMPT TO SHOW UP. IT DIDN'T TAKE THE WORKERS LONG AT ALL TO DO THE WORK. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIX ANYTHING. THAT WAS A PLUS.

THEY TREATED MY HOME JUST LIKE THEY WOULD TREAT A CHURCH. THEY DID NOT SMOKE, SWEAR OR GRUMBLE IN MY HOME ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

RAINBOW CARPET DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON EVERYTHING AND I'VE TOLD LOTS OF PEOPLE ABOUT IT. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I DO NOT HAVE ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT ABOUT ANYTHING THEY DID.
