+ -1 moreThe quality of the roof trusses was not very good. It was a very complex design, but we still had lots of issues with quality. The floor trusses were good, and the less complex sections had fewer issues. There was also a lack of clarity in terms of what manual work was required and what was to be pre-framed. I wonder if that was partly inexperience on my part, but I thought I asked the guy very clearly about how much manual framing would be required versus prefab trusses. This led to added project time for the framer. The guy I worked with tried to make things right, so I'd consider using them again if I had a simpler design.
Description of Work: They provided floor trusses and roof trusses for the construction of a new home. They also provided my stairs.
