"To recieve a D in pricing is subjective. To have a customer, or in this case a potential customer lay out a job scope that is twice what they can afford and then say my pricing is high is not fair. The request was to remodel 3/4 of an older home bought out of forcloser that needed major structural and cosmedic work, including turning a garage into a kitchen, a bedroom into a master suite, eliminating an existing kitchen, and making the outside of the home look as if the garage was never a garage. These are some of the many things on the request list. Then the request was to get it drafted, permitted, and built immediatly, prior to the holidays, (approx 3months total). The time constaints and money available for the job were not agreeable. And while I was not able to help them with their project I did spend much time with them explaining many of the issues they faced with their project.
