My dryer stopped working and the clothes dryer repairman said you have an electrical problem. Checking through Angie's, found LMK. They returned initial call quickly and made an appointment for the next day.

The fellow arrived on time. He asked a few questions and what seemed immediately showed me the problem where the line to the dryer wasn't properly tied-in (my terms) the breaker box. He checked the others... 

He also pointed out some moisture dripping off the main cable coming into the house from outside and after he was done, and we tested the dryer, we walked outside seeing where the sealant around the cable had shrunk allowing rain to blow in. He actually pressed the sealant back in place but suggested more to be added or this removed/replaced.

He wasn't there long, yet could have charged more. Some, unfortunately, might have made "a killing". He was professional and well-mannered and, if need be, will use them again.

We had original wiring done not-to-code wiring done by some illegal immigrants that used to rent the house. Carl - the owner, I think - went through and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to get our basement wiring up to code. When we moved in, wires were backwards and flames would shoot out of the wall box if you turned the wrong light on. No ground wires were run to most of the boxes that he fixed the wiring on. He stuck to his price and showed up right on time and got the work done much quicker than I expected. He even found some other wire boxes that had blown GFCI's that needed to be replaced and only charged me for the materials. We have no problems with any of our nightmarish electric anymore! Carl was the most knowledgable electrician I've ever had work for me, and I'm an electrical engineer. I can't say enough good things about this company.
