Matt is the best! He is prompt, reliable, unfailingly pleasant, and follows up. I have had nothing but good experiences with Hearthside! i recommend him without reservation!

The company called me 30 minutes after my appointment time to cancel the appointment. The receptionist seemed less than apologetic and continued to offer me an appointment in ANOTHER three weeks. I was most surprised by their lack of concern for the customer and their time.

MATT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THOROUGH WITH HIS CLEANING AND HONEST ABOUT THE NEED TO HAVE THE SECONDARY FIREPLACE CLEANED. HE CAN BE A LITTLE SLOW OCCASIONALLY TO RETURN A PHONE CALL, BUT IS ALWAYS HERE WHEN HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO BE. HE IS ALWAYS SURE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE LOOKING THE WAY HE FOUND IT. THERE IS NOTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP OR CLEANED AFTER HE LEAVES.
