GABBARD CONSTRUCTION

Gary and his crew did a great job replacing our roof at a reasonable price. I am always nervous when having anyone work on my house and they did a great job calming my nerves. His crew was efficient and took their time to make sure everything was installed well. They replaced any boards that were damaged. Our roof hadn’t been replaced in 20 years or more and they brought our house up to date. They also left no scrapes behind or nails and cleaned up like they were never here. Owning a dog I felt safe letting him out and hadn’t found any nails or debris. Our roof looks great and so much better than before. Gary did a great job and was very patient with me and all my worries! We can’t thank Gary and his crew enough for a job well done.

Roof was fine for 4 years and 5 months then developed leak. Gabbard came out said I should have no more problems and suggested I should have chimney worked on. 3 weeks later roof leaked again he ignored my calls. Week later ceiling started pouring water sent him a text and had my father in law call him since he did not respond to me. He claimed he was not at fault and that it was a chimney problem and he was a roof guy. I called another roofer with 40 years experience and he said that the flashing was incorrectly installed and it was a bad installation job and that he would give me a written statement for the insurance company. $1000.00 dollars later I have a fixed roof. Would not use Gabbard construction nor would I recommend him.

I found them on Angie's List with a positive grade. The guy was here when he said he would be here. He had a team of workers that showed up in the morning and had the job done by noon. They were awesome and did a fantastic job!

They were excellent, right on time. They were very inexpensive. They cleaned up all the mess and did excellent work.
