They do quality work. They are really good plumbers, they are reliable, are here when they say they will be here.  The prices are a little steep for me. They are great plumbers, professional and skilled.

They are not cheap, but they get the job done. Family owned and they are very nice people to work with.

Earlier this year DUFF PLUMBING CO installed a water softener at my home residence due to a hard water issue I was experiencing. My neighbor had suggested Duff to me and they did a pretty good job with the install. The representatives from Duff were very professional and I would utilize them again in the future.

It went pretty well. He had to come back one time to make some adjustments but it was good overall. He was very nice and friendly. He explained everything as well.

I was extremely pleased and will definitely use this company in the future. They were one of the few who answered the phone after normal business hours and they did so very pleasantly. They kept me up to date on arrival time (got lost on way to my house so they called me). The sump pump on the truck was not what they would have liked to installed. They advised us of the difference and suggested it for next time. The pump they used was fine, just not the best for our situation. We were also informed that on rare occasion, these pumps are defective and to keep an eye on the basement for the first month. Replacement would of course be free if this proved to be the case.

I've used Duff plumbing over the last 20 years. Danny and his sons (and Sherry) are outstanding. They are responsive, courteous, and have always completed the work in a way professional manner. My highest recommendation.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE TOILET. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND EASY TO CONTACT. THEY WERE ALSO HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEANED UP REALLY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES.

I HAVE KNOWN HIM SINCE WE WERE IN HIGH SCHOOL AND HE IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE THAT WE CAN TRUST TO DO THE BEST JOB FOR US THAT HE CAN. THE WORK WAS QUALITY WORK AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.

I BOUGHT THE FAUCET MYSELF SO THEY CHARGED ENTIRELY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SERVICE. THEIR PRICE WAS OUT OF SIGHT AND AWFUL. I ASKED OTHER PEOPLE WHAT THEY THOUGHT ABOUT THE COST AND THEY THOUGHT IS WAS A LOT.

I WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW QUICK DUFF PLUMBING GOT THE REPAIR DONE ON THE PIPE. THE GUY THEY SENT OUT WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
