They were prompt and responsive, only because they guy laying my tile was friends with the plumbing service. So response time is unknown had I been a regular joe needing service. 1 hour and 36 minutes of labor. Before the work began there were numbers and ranges quoted without a definate set price. I went on faith that the price would be fair if not a little over priced, didnot insist on a solid quote or contract.
The parts were $100 (flange, PVC, plywood, that's it), the labor was $400. Unbelievable.
Unnecessarily expensive labor, shop elsewhere, I have had several other plumbers, carpenters, and heating and air conditioner personnel through my house and this is the first time I have ever felt like I was being taken. After talking to the owner things didn't get better.

"We always do above standard of quality workmanship and materials beyond compare. I was called to look at job 12:30 pm and met with the owner who approved a verbal estimate of $400.00 to 600.00. Our carpenter left work site in progress to cut floor for plumbing replacement, while plumbing was being replaced, carpenter went to shop to get materials to replace floor. After returning and set up equipment, repaired floor and cleaned up work area. After ceramic tile was complete in a week, plumber went back and installed closet flange and secured to floor, cleaned up work area. Work was complete for tile man to finish his job with no delay to homeowner. Our carpenter hours are 7:00 to 3:00 which involved over time pay for two men, which I did not pass along the cost to homeowner. The complete job required 5 trips to the property. The price charged was less than owner agreed to. We provided owner with written explanation and proof of industry standard. We regret the owner doesn't realize costs of doing business and the discounted price he paid."

Danny Duff did a good job finding the leak. He pointed out areas where water could leak around the tub. So I caulked and fixed the leak myself. Danny is a great guy and does quality work. He installed the plumbing in our house when it was built 25 years ago.

Had a clogged bath tub drain the guy showed up and had it cleared in 10 minutes or less.I was a litttle upset at the cost of it at first but I share the blame of that for not asking questions at the point I called in for the service.
