Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Cincinnati

The technician was polite and we have to assume the work was done right. The call was described was $165 for a cleaning and inspection with other charges for anything else they see. Seemed reasonable until the technician indicated he would only clean the vent, not the dryer, and wanted more money for a new dryer hose and another inspection. $500 - half the cost of a new dryer. Didn't go the whole route... Not saying it was a scam but they are not cheap and beware the upselling - not happy....

I am very satisfied, and would use them again. We made and appointment which they showed up for on time. Both vents were cleared. The technician was polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was a little high.

First, I'm glad I had it done. Second, it was surprisingly expensive. My dryer vent is a short distance to the outside. I was not prepared for what it would cost, it was about $100 more than I would have expected, and that was even after the price was negotiated down by another $100. Third, I was surprised also that there was no offer to wear a mask to ensure safety.

This was the second time I have called Dryer Vent Wizard. Making the appointment was easy. The technician, Rich, arrived on time, was very polite and well-spoken. He told me exactly what he needed to do and why. He did the work quietly and efficiently and tidied up after himself when done. The length of time it took my dryer to dry a load of clothes was noticeably shorter afterwards. Dryer Vent Wizard is permanently in my book of service companies that I will use again. I have had a week of battling with other companies' who show up late, don't do the work properly, and leave with tools they have borrowed from me, or just don't show up at all. What a pleasure it is to work with a reliable company like Dryer Vent Wizard!

It went excellent. He was on time and performed the work very professionally and corrected a couple of extra issues that corrected the way the dryer was venting and did not charge more. He was careful with home and cleaned when he was finished I would recommend this company to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned.

It went well, but found out we really didn't need to do it this year as there wasn't as much lint as we suspected. We will wait another 2 or 3 years to do it again.

I called today and they were able to send someone out today. Adam arrived between the time I was told. He was great and explained everything to me. My dryer vent is cleaned and I have a new vent cover which I needed.

Service tech was Justin Bonnell. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm happy with the new istallation because I know it meets building codes and is safe. Price is a bit steep, but safety is more important. The entire job took only an hour.
