Things couldn't have gone better. They came when they said they would and kept me informed of each step as it was been completed. They were a great crew to have in my home.

I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism shown by Jim and his crew. They were neat and cleaned up very well each day. This project took a total of 10 weeks. I was not uncomfortable at all having them in my house with me away at work every day. They showed up on time every day and if the schedule was going to change, Jim would call the day or two before and let me know. We came up with a simple way to leave messages between the crew and me...I taped a legal pad to the kitchen window and we scribbled notes back and forth. He kept me apprised of anything each and every day. Jim and his crew did not set the kitchen cabinets as they were installed by the cabinet maker, an Amish gentleman from Apple Creek, OH. But they were here that day just to see them go in. They wanted to make sure everything was set for the installer. I am definitely glad I hired them for the remodel. It was a painless experience and I ended up with a beautifu home. Thank you Jim!!!

Working with Jim and his staff was a great experience. I got 4 bids for this job and, frankly, Jim's bid was the highest but I was so impressed by his professional manner that I felt comfortable spending a little more (about 25% more than the lowest bid). My gut feelings about Jim and his staff were correct. Communication was very good. I had his estimate the day after we met to discuss the job. He kept on top of the job and worked well with some of my materials suppliers (window and tub surround). He kept me informed daily as to what was done that day and what was on tap for the next day. He and his staff cleaned up at the end of each day and did no damage to the rest of the house during the project. They take pride in their work and it shows.
