Great, professional and knowledgeable.

Verified there was no gas leak and did not charge due to only performing the gas leak test. This is the first time I've have a provider do this for me, ever. He not only fixed Duke Energy's problem, but mine as well. I've called other companies in the paste and they have always charged me just to come out and conduct a check, but not this company. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I was in a terrible mess - he came right away - he was so kind - I was so happy I chose him - thank you for helping me find him. I found his charges very fair. He had to cut into the wall and all that in two places.

This is the third time I have hired Mr Cotter to help me with clogged drains in my 1928 house. The pipes are old and narrow and easily blocked! This time it was my kitchen sink... the times before my bathroom tub and sink. On each call he has been quick to respond, fast working, courteous, professional, and very skilled. He took care to not damage my old pipes, took care of the problem, and left no mess. He is kind and honest, and has the cutest Irish accent. :) I like supporting local small businesses, and I will rely on him for all of my plumbing needs.

He gave me an estimate a couple of weeks before, ordered the shower and told me he would be at my home yesterday morning at 8:15 am. He was on time and was there when he said he would be. I was very satisfied and I think he did a nice job. He was a pleasant guy to deal with.

They were very responsive, did a great job, and met their estimate. Overall a very good experience.

Called the company on Monday because kitchen sink and dishwasher would not drain, needed sink traps replaced in 2 bathrooms, and drains cleaned in both. Two plumbers came out the next morning, as scheduled. The estimate was for $500. Our house has 1940's plumbing and they had to completely replace the drain in the kitchen. They got hung up in the upstairs bathroom and had to clean the drain all the way to the basement. It took 7 hours to complete the job. Expected to pay over $1000 due to the man-hours and snags involved. They worked the entire time except to run out and get a part. Everything was done right the 1st time and they only charged $675. Will definitely call them again.

I have an old house (1928) with old plumbing. My bathroom sink drain was stopped up, and is difficult to snake due to a bend in the first 12and quot; of pipe. So I gave up and called Mr. Cotter because he had been recommended to me. He can out within two hours, and had my drain cleared in less than an hour! He was super pleasant and very professional, laid down tarps to got get any bleck anywhere.
On his way out I asked if he would take a quick peek at my first level toilet that has always had low water. Other contractors had looked at it before and told me it would need completely replaced because it was a design flaw (water efficiency model). Mt Cotter lifted the tank lid and saw the problem in the flushing mechanism immediately. He made a change and it was instantly fixed! He didn't charge me anything extra. :) Awesome fellow!!

I called him after reading about him in Angie's List. It turned out that my wife knew him. I discovered that after he
finished the drain cleaning. He asked me if she was such and such and I said why yes she is.

He was very careful entering with his equipment. He spent an appropriate amount of time cleaning the drain.
He packed up and left.

P. S. I think that he was out of the country visiting the homeland in July. People may not have been able to reach him.

He is a very kind person. That goes a long way in my book.

I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO USE THEM. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND NICE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY REALLY SEAMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THEY HAD ALL THE SUPPLIES.

THEY ARE RESPONSIVE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS AN EMERGENCY. THEN THEY COME OUT QUICKLY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL NOT CHAT WITH YOU UNTIL THEY ARE DONE WORKING.
