He did a great job.  He was timely, he was thorough, and he handled everything that he said he would.

Jim Miller  was hired to remove wallpaper, patch and skim and sand walls, then to prime coat walls of Kitchen and bath.  Jim arrived unprepared for Job of removing wallpaper.  Jim Left one worker at my home and left to go get supplies.  Jim returned and asked if I had wallpaper remover, which I supplied to Jim, then he used my paint tray and paint roller, which he took and will not return to me.  He also used my garbage bags, I asked Jim to take trash with him, He left in my garage for me to haul the trash down hill to curb.  He showed such disrespect to me and my home, every time he was here.

 I will never allow Jim Miller in my home, ever!!!!  Some wallpaper is still on walls in both rooms!  Jim painted over some paper and left holes in walls!  Jim patched some walls after painting primer.  I now have white patching on all walls that needs to be sanded and holes that need to be filled, then sanded and then primed!  He never  used a drop cloth, I now have paint and caulk stuff in my carpets.  I  had to hire help to clean up after Jim and his helpers.  I am of the opinion Jim Miller is a thief and Con man.  Jim Miller stated many times he was a christian man. I do not need that religion in my home.

Jim is very professional and personable, he was prompt to bid on the job, walking through the house with me, covering all the details of the work he and his crew would do, and showing me the details of the cost, and the time it would take to complete the work. After we selected our colors and gave a $400 deposit, we arranged for the start date - a delay that was OUR fault due to our closing taking 2 extra days, was no problem for Jim, he was great about working with our schedule. His crew was friendly, personable, did very good work, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They were careful to cut in the paint well, and even were able to fix mistakes made by previous painters in the past. One guy one the crew was a little too chatty for my liking, but the rest of the guys were terrific. My only complaint about this job is about some additional costs that arose from needing multiple coats in certain rooms. The colors that were being painted over were very dark, and were being covered with much lighter/neutral colors. I asked Jim in advance about this, and if a coat of primer was needed to insure even coverage. He assured me that it was not necessary, and that 'worst case' was that some areas may need a third coat. Some areas eventually needed a FOURTH coat, which wound up costing more in time and paint, an expense that I would imagine could have been avoided if the dark walls were primed. Jim walked through the job completely with me after it was finished, paying attention to small details that needed attention, and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would use Commercial Wallcovering again.
