Chris's Personal Touch Carpet

They were recommended by my real estate agent.  They are really great.  I have never been disappointed with their job.  Their price is excellent.  They are very personable and professional.  If they say they will be here by eleven, they come five minutes before eleven.  They call if they are already on their way.  I really like them.

I have had a sort of unfortunate experience with it but my personal experience was very good experience with them. The work that he did was excellent. The carpets really look great. I used him because my daughter had used his services in past and her experience was very happy. However, I really don’t want say this as it could be little libelous but he actually went back to my daughter, as she used his services again after I used him. One of his employees was flat dishonest and stole a valuable diamond ring and the ring was miraculously found and returned to her by the police. Though the work done by him was very good but because of the other bad experience I would not use him again in the future and I cannot recommend him to others unless they were aware of the unfortunate situation. I have proved that the helper did take the ring. The owner of the business was very concerned and did fire the worker. Later, the worker had pleaded innocence and I guess he is still working for him.

They were very good and prompt.  They were very professional and rendered services way beyond the cost.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.
