+ -1 moreBetter Choice really is the BEST choice. They are incredibly responsive and responsible to all of our needs at the St. Bernard Catholic Church campus. We had a no heat situation and the technician who was most familiar with our boilers came immediately to assess the problem on a Saturday night even though he wasn't the one on call that weekend. That's customer service!! They also take excellent care of the folks we refer to them.

Steve solved the thermostat problem. Rob and the rest installed the air conditioner. Looks great. This is one of the best installation crews I have had the pleasure of working with and watching. They were super nice and there was no pressure. They have checked up a few times to make sure everything was still going well.

+ -1 moreIt was phenomenal! When we called them, it was over 90 degrees. We got home and the AC wasn't working at all. He arrived 20 minutes after we called, and had it up and running within an hour. Afterword, he did a cleaning on the system without us asking in order to help it perform more efficiently.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, the experience was not good. The Heat exchanger that needed to be replaced was done. However, the unit was not put back properly and a gas leak was occurring for months after the repair was done. We were lucky no major mishap occurred.
