It is a disaster-in-progress. First shipment of parts damaged by UPS and returned to Sears. 2nd shipment sent by Sears was an empty box. Then part was backordered. Part finally shipped June 1. Sears took the liberty of scheduling an install appointment when they shipped the part. Called and left a message on my phone about it the night before they were due to show up. I work so I need to get a housesitter to be there for install. Now have any appointment that will work for me. In the meantime, the part did not come with any mounting hardware and none was ordered by the technician. They tell me he will have it on his truck. That has yet to be seen. During numerous phone calls to Sears I was transferred around frequently and disconnected three times in one night. What a nightmare!
