Rich Judd at Judd Septic has been the best service provider Iâ ve ever worked with. Heâ s helped us out for almost a decade now. When our septic alarm went off on Christmas Eve evening, Rich came out to get everything working again. This past week, we asked Rich to inspect an old Septic system in a home that was for sale from an estate. Nothing was known about the system and - in less than 20 minutes - Rich had assessed the system. We know what is working right and what components are missing. Rich is so efficient and dependable. I wish everything in life worked like this!

My septic system's alarm was going off Friday of the Holiday weekend, of course we got home after 5 when all the businesses were closed. I called every company in the area, and every 24 hour emergency number I could find for septic services and no one returned my call until Richard called me back Saturday morning. He told me he wasn't working but was in the area and could stop by and look at it. He helped us out and found out that the UV bulb was dimming and not bright enough. Ordered a new light online that day, he also pointed out a couple parts that may be going bad soon and quoted us for a pump out. We will be calling him for all of our septic needs from now on! Very honest and great to work with. Thank you so much for saving us on a long weekend!

Living in a pre-Civil War home our septic system is as old as indoor plumbing. Rich explained why it needs pumped more often which alleviated fears that it needed updated prior to sewer service being installed (if that ever happens). Judd is the 3rd septic service company I have used in the last 35 years; he has all the future business.
