Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They came, did the job but there was not much interaction or verbal communication while they were working on the roof. I asked them to repair any holes in the roof. But to my dimay after they were done and some rain had fallen I noticed my roof was leaking. I called and texted several times but got no answer back. I asked for a receipt and a copy if the warranty and have been ignored, with zero communication about any of my concerns and requests. This is very disappointing and I am not happy wih their customers. service. Also I was not informed about the ice that now falls off my roof in huge chuncks. This is so dangerous. I came out my back door and a huge piece of ice fell and could have injured me severely,. A large piece of ice fell from the top roof onto the porch roof and left a huge dent in the new metal roof.
