the absolute worst un professional bunch I have ever felt with. The guy that came over to take pictures was appalling and insulting, went through personal belongings as well as well as left lights on and heat, Do not use them

Not well. They did find me a renter who was decent. Then they began to do repairs that were not needed with very low competence and no communication until after the fact when I saw the bill. The house was a rehab with new everything and they replaced the brand new thermostat which was under warranty and tried to repair the A/C which only needed a new air filter. They removed closet doors and left them in the garage exposed to weather. I fired them and went direct with my tenants to a much greater level of satisfaction. Even though my tenants moved out, they still hold $1000 deposit paid by my tenants and refuse to communicate or respond to my request for that deposit. They property manager position turned over 4 times since we signed with them less than two years ago. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

We were initially pleased because they got us a good price and rented our property in a quick enough time. For actual issues though their communication is abysmal. We needed water repairs and it would take days for them to respond (actually, no...we had to physically go to their office on more than one occasion). They have lots of turnover in their offices and when we get a new account representative, no one tells us. Last time we called someone's cell phone who hadn't worked there in a while. We asked if our tenant was renewing and that also took days to respond. Their communication is lacking.

There are not words to describe how poorly this company is run or performs it's responsibilities. Aside from enormous turnover of it's property agents (3 individuals in three months) with no communication to clients representing who would be point of contact going forward, abhorrent communication and response time in email, phone or written communication to both tenants and clients and lack of leadership or accountability on a local and regional level, they also intentionally and fraudulently charge for "tenant requested" repairs/ maintenance that are never actually performed. Once your management contract is signed with them and they have filled your vacancy, they are negligent and non responsive. I can only hope that this negligence is based on unintentional ignorance and not strategic, premeditated deceit.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is a scam. Do some google searches to read the hundreds of completely dissatisfied customers of this company. They will promise everything to get you to pay, then they disappear. No responses to address issues. Call or email, it doesn't matter. They won't get back to you!! I've dealt with months of neglect from this company. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

They found a tenant, maintained the house and did some clean up after we left. They also took care of the rent collection each month and we signed up for eviction services if that were to come up. We had a clause in the contact that they needed to get approval for any work over $250 which they broke multiple times and charged us high sums of money due to this. Their communication was very poor and they were very unresponsive. We had some tenants who were very interested in renting the property, they couldn't get the property ready in time so we missed the opportunity to have those tenants rent from us. They also charged us for things that were the tenants responsibility on the lease.
