VCA Midpark Animal Hospital

I had to have my cat euthanized today, but they are very good. I didn't find them on Angie's List,  I don't remember how I found them. They were close to where I used to live before I moved into the house. My husband took the cat in, I was a little too close.  I don't know what other vets charge but I'd say B hopefully that'll be motivation to bring the price down if they can a little more. I have two other cats.

I cant complain on price. We were concerned about the actions f a cat we own and we could not get in on a Saturday and when my wife was talking to them we had set it up for a particular day. When I showed up, they said they have no record of me. I said wait a minute, I just brought in the cat. I said I don't mind but I said the cat gets really freaked out when I take her. We arranged to get it done later that night. I talked with my wife and we said lets give it a couple of days. The cat does not handle travel well. They did some research and realized it was their mistake, inadequate records that were at fault and they would give us a free check up for the cat.

Wonderful service, great staff. I had a young cat who had not been eating for a couple of days. They ran some tests, sat with me to explain their interpretation of the results, and then we did some medication and they sent some home with me to continue care there as well. My cat did recover quickly. The staff was very professional and compassionate to my angst over my sick cat. VCA also faxed over all of their test results to my regular vet so that they would also have all the up-to-date information necessary. They were great and would absolutely use them again.

i brought my puppy in because he was having the runs and some sort of allergy problem.  he had been scraching and his bottom was red and splotchy.  they said they would do a skin biopsy to see if he had any infecitons, which cost me $55 and she said the slides came back ok, to give him benadryl.  Nothing for the runs.... said to call back in few days if not better and they will give him a steroid... not sure how much that will cost me, but after this, I will NEVER use this vet again.  they charge way too much.  I asked how much to neuter him, they told me $500.... BS!!!  I can go to Akron and they can do it for $20.  they way over price ther services and there was no one there when we were there, so they have all these people working and no one to provide services too.  I was very disappointed.

Their services are good and there are walk in's.

My cats (my boys) hate riding in the car! They meow until we get there, then meow more in the waiting room! But as soon as we get them in the office, well I think they turn into someone elses cats! The purrs and happy greetings they give the techs and girls and vets are just unbelievable! They are stroked and petted and fawned over, and the boys just eat it up! I have no idea who these cats belong to! They never greet me like this! I get bit if I try to look in their ears, the vet gets purrs! Who are these little angels? I am sure they don't belong to me! The boys cry all the way home, I think from leaving their friends at the office and then sulk for the next 2 days! See I knew those cats in the office weren't mine!

The staff at VCA Animal Hospital does a good job. The office is fine.

The staff there is phenomenal. If there is a problem, they take you in as soon as possible. They are all so caring and understanding. I had to put down few of my pets due to serious medical problems, and they were very understanding throughout. The emergency clinic is also good. They have saved my pet once. She would have been dead if it not were for them. They are not cheap but worth it. I never had to wait for a longer time there.

They always do a good job at what I am looking for. They do it in a timely manner and don't seem to cause any pain. They do a good job.

I can usually get in when I call them and they have more than one vet around. There are a lot of people there to help me. The veterinarians are very courteous and I can tell they care about the animals. They answer every question I ask. They are really efficient and help me out with whatever they can.

The veterinarian who examined our cat was very gentle, professional and appeared to me to conduct a thorough exam. She appeared very knowledgeable and answered several questions that I had. She did not diagnose arthritis as our pet's problem, as I suspected she would, and found no real immediate problems that needed to be treated. I was very pleased with the vet and exam itself, but what I was not happy with was the wait to pay afterward. The receptionist apparently helps out with other duties, and the desk was unattended for what seemed like several minutes while I waited to pay my bill. While I was waiting, two other customers came in with their large dogs and their loud barking traumatized my cat. This may not have been the complete fault of the hospital, but because the receptionist was not there to expedite things and help calm the dogs, the situation got pretty loud and chaotic.

They are caring and compassionate. They are polite and professional as well.

They do tend to be pricier, but they were kind and polite.

CONSISTENTLY GOOD SERVICE, VERY EFFICIENT. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY DOG TO MIDPARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR 3 YEARS, THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND GENTLE WITH THE ANIMALS. THE CLINIC IS CLEAN & DOES NOT SMELL. THE VETS OFFER A LOT OF GOOD INFORMATION. THEY ALSO GIVE A 10% DISCOUNT TO MILITARY MEMBERS.

THE STAFF IS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR FUTURE GROOMING.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HAVE ALWAYS USED THIS COMPANY FOR VET SERVICES AND GROOMING. NEVER ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE. MY MOTHER DROPPED OFF MY FORMERLY BEAUTIFUL SIBERIAN HUSKIE FOR A BATH (NORMALLY $35, VERY REASONABLE) WHEN SHE PICKED HIM UP. THEY HAD SHAVED OFF ALL HIS FUR, NOT TRIMMED HIS NAILS AND CHARGED $40 ADDITIONAL. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ANYONE ABOUT TURNING MY DOG INTO THE FURLESS MUTANT FROM MARS. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER.
