They gave me the battery for free since it was still under warranty. They did a great job! They were personable and helpful. 5 gold stars!

I was there friday for an oil change. I bought a '97 Saturn back in '98 so I've had that one and my 2009. I'm hoping this will hold up until I retire. It only has 80k miles on it. He says the cradle has a little rust on it but it's okay so far so I'm just inside will fall apart for us before the engine goes I think. They just give the car a once over too. They always check and make sure I don't have tail lights out and you know, do a once over. They're good about letting you know, okay your brakes have this much and you eventually may think about, you know not now but maybe in six months or so. So they're good about doing that kind of stuff too. Kind of prepping you for anything a little more major coming up.

I was very thankful they caught the brake line problem! They gave me a free rental, since my car wasn't really safe to drive (and I was able to take my granddaughter out for "Black Thursday" Christmas sales! I've never had a bad experience with their service department. I picked up my car on Friday after Thanksgiving. I just wish they still sold Saturns!

It was a very good experience. They had the car that I wanted so I was dealing with them and they were good to deal with. I haven't had any service work there yet. I would use them again.

It was a very good expierence. They were prompt, proffesional, and I would defiently use them again. The staff is also very friendly.

We initially went there in 1995 to buy a car. We have been very pleased with their quality of service, and we bought one car after the other from them. Their service personnel don't haggle for a car. They advice which model will work for us, and we know upfront what we are dealing with including the cost. We negotiate back and forth on the price. My husband is interested in looking at their SUVs while I would be dealing with the servicing. They are willing to get us accessories or another car model from elsewhere.

They always do a good job, are pleasant and wash the car afterwards.

I told the salesman, Victor, exactly what I wanted. He looked in the computer and told me that they had 5 Ions on the lot. All I had to do was pick out the color, and I drove down and picked it up. Everything was ready when I got to the dealership, and I didn't have to wait!

VERY LOW KEY, A FAIR PRICED PRODUCT THAT HAS A LOOK I JUST COULDN'T LIVE WITH - OTHERWISE THIS WOULD'VE BEEN MY #1 CAR. SALESMAN SHOWED ME SEVERAL MODELS AND ESTIMATED PRICES WITHOUT ME HAVING TO DEMAND THEM. CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, POLITE.

DURING SERVICE TO VEHICLE, TECHNICIAN NOTED DRIPS AND A SMALL LEAK IN WATER PUMP. NEITHER WERE URGENT PROBLEMS BUT THEY TOLD ME TO RESCHEDULE FOR REPAIRS WHILE MY WARRANTY WAS STILL GOOD.
