-On Dec 5, 2019 Samsung sent Service Quick to my home to replace icemaker in Refrigerator -Service man did not set up his air lift correctly and damaged the hardwood flooring -Service Quick accepted accountability but will not communicate with me, has not paid the damage claim, and did not address my request for payment on the BBB complaint -The technician was very good at performing the repair but the company is NOT honest, Not customer service oriented, and NOT someone I would hire in the future
