Description of Work: Initial email contact inquiring about services, response received in several days. Some information provided and I responded with property description and photos. I asked to meet personally to discuss further potential business. Absolutely no further contact was made by the proprietor. |It did not go anywhere, obviously, something not right there.

Description of Work: Provides current property management services for the rental of my mother's house in Ohio while I live in Georgia. Prior to management, assisted with legal papers for eviction of former tenants. Then provided suggestions for companies to make repairs and cleanup to house before it could be rented.

 + -1 moreMamoun Realty Holdings has been managing my properties for two years now. Nada is an attorney and personally and has initiated eviction proceedings when tenants do not pay or have done something that is against lease terms. She has also created iron-clad lease contracts to protect my properties and myself from any major legal issues. Whenever I get a vacancy, she has managed to stage the home and get it rented at a fair price within a week or two at most. She takes most of her calls or returns them in a very timely manner. All necessary repairs were completed within 24-48 hours and she personally did the research and got my approval before doing work. She is very organized and detail oriented, would recommend!
