Cleveland Siding-Window & Door Co.

This company did work for me previously and I was very satisfied with their work, but not this time. I originally contracted with Andy Segedy last December to have this work done, but it was not completed until late July, 2006. Some of the work done was of high quality and looked very good. However, about half of the work was just plain awful. It was very amateurish and looked terrible. (As just one example, anexcessive amount of caulking was used on the front of the house and it was just globbed on, instead of being applied in a straight, reasonably uniform line. It looked like a child did the work.) I contacted the owner more than once to voice my concerns. He would come out and inspect, and promise corrections, but they sometimes didn't occur for weeks. Once a company supervisor came out and we ended up in a shouting match with several neighbors listening and watching. So much for professionalism. I paid them all I owed them, but I don't feel I got my money's worth.

ANDY SEGEDY RETURNED MY CALLS PROMPTLY, ARRIVED FOR ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT ON TIME, AND EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS. BOB SNOW CAME TO DO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION WORK, ARRIVED ON TIME, TOOK 4 HOURS ON A SATURDAY TO INSTALL 2 DOORS, AND MADE CERTAIN I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB BEFORE LEAVING. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

HE COMMENTED THAT WE NEEDED A NEW FRONT/STORM DOOR, THEY MADE A PACKAGE FOR US, REALLY DID A NICE JOB. HE GAVE US HELPFUL PRACTICAL ADVISE.

HONEST, EXCELLENT, GOOD, THOROUGH, CONSIDERATE, AND DID LITTLE EXTRA THINGS. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND FAIR.
