Another Critter Gone

Wonderful experience! Absolutely the best services I have received. They responded quickly to my phone call, came the next morning and retrieved the bloated deer from the pond. The employees were knowledgable, professional and timely. I would recommend them to anyone need animals removed.

They really came through in an emergency. Ben, who fielded the call answered his phone right away and his crew was there in an hour and fifteen minutes or so to remove the snake. It was a smaller-sized (although it doesn't seem that way when hanging out in the entryway of your house) black snake, a type of snake that are in the vicinity of my home because I am near and wooded area with the mice and chipmunks in abundance that the snakes like to dine on. The removal crew was VERY nice to deal with - very professional, very proficient, and very quick. They were considerate of my home and also respectful of my feelings about this episode. They took the time to give me some pointers about snake control around the home. I had spent an hour and fifteen minutes keeping a vigilant eye on this snake until they arrived, so that it didn't wander off into some unknown or inaccessible crevice of my home, or into furniture where it could give me or guests an unwanted 'surprise.' Although a little expensive, considering what they do with their service it is well worth the cost. Also, as an aside it was mentioned that sometimes when black snakes are found, he likes to check the attic since they often enter in search of mice or other food sources that can infest homes. So, although it was not in the plan when they initially arrived, he graciously took the time to check my attic for me, which thankfully showed no signs of an infestation of mice or snakes. I had called another service initially with which I was familiar from a previous review of my home, and they were unable to come out today. I didn't want to give this snake the opportunity to wander around in my home overnight, and felt the need to address the problem quickly, so asked if they would give me another referral, which was Another Critter Gone. I highly recommend Ben's company and his crew. They are clearly very comfortable with snake removal, and I imagine they would bring the same level of care and comfort to dealing with other critters. I respect the role that snakes play in the ecosystem in controlling rodents and such but am very glad not to have them inside my house. They were polite, professional and very responsive to what feels like an emergency to the home owner dealing with it, although it is all in a day's work to them. I would certainly call them again.

For starters he always answer the phone or at least get back to the customer quickly. He is human to animals. The experience over all was grate from start to finish. Save yourself some time when you need animal removal call him. He came out the same day I called and set the traps. Hes the best.

When the moles came back this fall, Ben was the only one I called.

I called 4 other people and got machines. Ben picked up and offered to come that afternoon. He was very thorough and very punctual. He even did extra caulking at no charge.

Captured and disposed of 1 groundhog, no more were found.

Had a situation with a dead raccoon in a tight space in a chimney, in my basement. I called at least eight or 10 companies. Nearly all the plumbers and chimney sweeps I called did not deal with animals, and the wildlife removal companies did not deal with dead animals. I got a hold of one chimney sweep who would come out, but not for a week. Finally I was referred to Ben Boehl and Another Critter Gone. I called, left a message, and Ben called me back in a half hour. He came out a few hours later.
Ben was great to deal with, very professional. I pointed to where the animal was, and he said, "I'll take care of it," and he did. I appreciated his responsiveness, and he did a great job. I recommend him highly.
