THE JOB WAS NOT UP TO PAR BECAUSE THOMAS RESTORATION WAS IN A HURRY, AND DISTRACTED BY CELL PHONES. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL IN ALL SERVICES ASPECTS, THEY WERE NEVER PROMPT, BUT THEY WERE POLITE. THEY WERE ALSO NEVER ON TIME. IT TOOK SIX MONTHS AND THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB, SO WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY OUT TO FINISH IT. THEY WERE PERSISTENT ABOUT GETTING THE MONEY, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT FINISHED. THEY ALSO HAD A GIFT CARD ($400) THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED FROM THE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE. THEY ALSO BILLED US FOR TWO COATS OF PAINT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM AREA, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE TWO COATS, BECAUSE OF THE FULL PAINT DRUMS IN THE BASEMENT. THEY CLOGGED THE SINK IN THE BASEMENT, AND LOST THE LIGHT SWITCH PLATES.

"JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE DELAY OF THE JOB WAS WAITING ON THE CABINETS, CUSTOMER ORDERED. WE PROVIDED EVERYTHING ON OUR ESTIMATE. ANYTHING WE DID NOT COMPLETE WAS NOT ON THE ESTIMATE PROVIDED. WE PRIDE OURSELFS ON BEING ON TIME, IM NOT SURE THIS WAS A ISSUE. WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE OUR CUSTOMER IS HAPPY BEFORE LEAVING THE JOB."
