I finally consulted my attorney who had been on vacation. He told me to fire him and tell him to remove the fencing from my property. I had to leave this message in his voice mail. To this day 10/28/14 he has not answered my phone calls and has continually come onto my property doing even more damage to the fencing. On 1O/27/14 (YESTERDAY) I hired another company and am paying them to take down the fence and properly install cedar 3 rail fence (I discovered the fence he had provided was a far inferior material than the real cedar split rail fencing. Do not use this man - It has cost me time and amxiety dealing with this situation. Now I am paying another fence company for a fence that will be erected in a day and a half I only had 139 linear feet of fence to install. We were coming to Ohio for medical treatment for my husband at the local medical center. I communicated this information to Mr. Worman on the phone from Indiana when I hired him. I told him "time if of the essence". I only saw him one time on my property when I told him he was not on the property line and to move the fence. Her did not do it. He has caused us to lose 3 weeks of care so far but thanks to the new fencing company we will be able to move over this coming week end and get my husband the care he needs.
UNDER NO CIRUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU HIRE THIS PERSON AND UNDER NO CIRCUSTANCE SHOULD YOU GIVE HIM ANY MONEY. HE HAS CHEATED US OUT OF TIMEWHICH IN THIS JOB WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR.
