The work was done on time and the work done and the quality appears to be good. The issue is that damage happened to the property. After sometime of back and forth texting one item was replaced. For the other item they promised to send a check to cover the repair. A check has not been received.

Called back in 15 minutes was out 4 hrs later. Repairs were made that afternoon Excellent service and work.

Luke is very professional. Called me and showed up 15 minutes later gave me a reasonable estimate and had the job completed within a few days. He’s friendly, professional, and reasonably priced and it looks great! Will definitely use Townsend Roofing again for roofing needs!

It was great. He was very professional. The roof looks fantastic. He helped me picked out the color to match the house. He helped me with my insurance agent. He was the communication between me and my agent. He helped me understand the insurance process. He did a good job in cleaning up. The employees were great. His crew was great. They were phenomenal, all of them. He was very personable. I would recommend him to anybody. He gave me a fair bid. He made me calm about the whole process. He actually pulled up his phone and showed me the difference about the felt he recommends and the felt the insurance recommends and how its made better. He showed me all the information about it. He did the work in 2 days.

They came out and inspected the same day that I called. They were very courteous and explained the situation well. Work was done in a timely manner. They pointed out what was incorrect about a prior repair and fixed that and also pointed out areas that might be a problem in the future. Great customer service!
