Tom Anderson Plumbing

I would recommend Tom Anderson Plumbing. It is a small outfit and the man is not young but very personable and in the process of teaching his granddaughter the trade. The work quality is excellent. I have used him three times now, twice at my home address and once at another address for our mother's house. He is busy and cannot necessarily respond to the job immediately or that day, it may take several days before an appointment time is reached. He is good about calling in advance and notifying of arrival time and the same for being late or needing to reschedule. Sometimes they arrive early. I started using his service because I was dissatisfied with the level of service of another plumbing outfit in the area.

He was fine. He was punctual and courteous.

It went beautifully. We had a challenge because waste outlet is above floor level; he put in a special pump, installed and completely finished the bathroom, and we're happy!

He has been highly professional in every way. Even though we aren't doing the work right away, he has not bugged us or pressured us in any way.He comes when he says he's coming, calls when he promises to call, and in every way has been professional in his service. We will definitely have him do the bathroom project in the spring.
