Their customer service was outstanding! 
Everyone from the crew in Ohio to the crew in Washington were very professional, courteous and there to answer any questions.
The only reason I would not use them again is because I no longer live in Ohio.
Overall they made a very stressful move much less stressful.

The person who came and estimated my job was very professional and friendly.  I received 3 quotes from them.  One was for moving heavy items, another was for moving the heavy items plus everything I had packed and the third was for packing everything and moving.  I chose the"moving the heavy items plus everything I had packed".  The crew of 5 was friendly, professional and enjoyed their jobs.  You could also tell they liked working together.  In hindsight I would have had them do more of the packing for me and clear out everything.  Moving is an expensive endeavor but this crew and company provided peace of mind.  They took great care of my stuff and worried about things getting broken or scratched.  They are well worth the money spent and I would highly recommend them.

WE DID HAVE A WATERFORD CRYSTAL GLASS BREAK AND OUR FIVE DISC CD PLAYER BREAK. I CAN'T SAY HOW THIS HAPPENED BUT WE WERE DISMAYED. THEY DID HELP US PUT TOGETHER BEDS. I WOULD SAY TO MAKE SURE BREAKABLES ARE PACKED WITH EXTRA CARE.
