I love this place- It was unexpected pleasure. Despite being picky, I found many rugs that were beautiful and competitively priced. All of the staff was very helpful and had all the time in the world to flip through rugs, assist with matching several rugs, discuss quality and design. After allowing me to bring 4 rugs home to see how I liked them, I purchased 2 rugs and will be back for at least 2 more. Lee was fabulous. I rarely submit reviews but this place is SPECIAL. A+ for quality, price and customer service plus I have rugs that I adore and will pass down to my family.

Lee took the time not only to show us each possibility, but to explain the difference between the rugs ("Rugs 101," he called it--and we needed it). He not only explained the way they're constructed (machine vs hand-tufted vs hand-knotted), he also explained the history and origin of the different designs. He must have pulled over a dozen large rugs off the rack for us to see on the floor. He let us take a half-dozen of them home overnight to see how they looked! And when we returned with 3 that we wanted, but only 2 that we were prepared to buy, he worked with us to hit our price range for all 3. Beautiful rugs, great variety and quality, and a helpful staff make this place deserving of 4-5 stars. But Lee's passion, kindness, patience, and sense of humor are what took our experience over the top. I hope he is here for a long time to come because we have a lot more floors to cover! We'll be back for sure. Thanks, Lee!

The price included the $99 special offer with the remaining going for the intensive cleaning and repair required and for two high-quality rug pads.  The results were excellent and the price reasonable for the amount of work required to restore the rugs.
