It went very well. The install was good. The only minor issue was they had to come back to fix a step where the carpet was coming loose. They came right out and fixed it with no problem.

The owner is the most professional person I have ever worked with. He does everything to satisfy the customer. We had an issue with an area where the carpet meets the tile. I called them up and a person came out immediately and got it fixed.

.The owner has an impressive background in flooring products and did the measuring himself.   There was barely a scrap of carpet left after installation and the seams are nearly invisible.   He underbid two other contractors by more than 20%.  This is a very professional operation with written contract, etc.  The installers were also very professional and thorough  . .I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
