About us

We specialize in working with homeowners and their insurance company to recover property claim damages. Having had a house fire of our own we know that insurance recovery can be overwhelming and stressful for the homeowner. We work closely with the homeowner micromanaging every step from the adjuster meeting all the way to project completion to ensure they are getting the best results from their loss. Homeowners seem to appreciate our hands on style and enjoy having one point of contact with Dyer Renovations through the entire project. Our roofers are all paid as employees and have worker's comp. This is nearly unheard of in the roofing industry.

Services we offer

While we specialize in roofing, siding and gutters, we also offer window and screen replacement/repairs, and reconstruction from flood/water damage claims. Our employees are skilled and knowledgeable about all major home renovations and you get the benefit of having our owner involved in your claim.

Services we don't offer

In 2006 I quit working for other people and starting for ourselves. We have been blessed with the amount work that has come our way. We have been able to pick the jobs we want and work with the customers we want. We would rather have an insurance company pay for the repairs than a private customers. We take on private pay customer but prefer insurance jobs. We do not take new private pay customer on projects less than $1,000

Work went well, on time, and professional. Looks great and adds value to the property. Good cleanup too. I had an issue over a year later with a gutter portion coming loose, but he came and fixed it quickly - refused to charge me. That's really standing behind your work!
