Creative Colors Painting

Worst experience I have ever had with a 'professional'. Not only did he not show up on time (8am as requested) but he painted the rooms the wrong color and then thought it was a good idea to spray paint my outlets black (the walls are grey) He also completely neglected to paint one of the rooms in my house that we agreed would be painted.I got so fed up I told him just to leave because I didn't want him there 1 minute longer.
When he came for a consolation he insisted he moves all the furniture to the center of the room and covers it, yet when I got home I picked up a blanket off my couch and felt it was wet and when I asked why it was wet he played dumbed then 5 minutes later he confessed he spilled paint on it but clearly he was trying to hide it by putting the wet side down on the couch which in turn left a water ring on my suede couch. Both morning when I left I set out 2 clean drinking glasses yet he took it upon himself to drink beverages out of my refrigerator without my permission (he had NO reason to even get in there)
I also now have a broken outlet in my bathroom that I will need to replace because of the spray paint (mind you it stands out like a sore thumb, the walls are light grey) Also, there is paint all over places where it shouldnt be and the ceiling was not trimmed properly and the paint is all over the place. He put his dirty paint supplies in my kitchen sink and I have a rust ring that will not come out.
I would never let this man back into my home, when it was time to pay him he demanded it on the spot and wouldnt even let me check the place alone, he was following around me. The price also jumped up a couple hundred dollars.
Overall I think he was very unprofessional and creepy. About 1 month after he finished his job I got disgusting spam text messages with his name associated to them. Honestly I think he should come and fix everything but I would never let him back in my home.

Charles is a very nice and personable guy.  He presented a fair price estimate, which he kept through completion. Once the project started things went quickly. The project  was completed well within the time predicted, and the quality of work was excellent.

My mother seemed pleased. The business is run by Charles Malcum and he is a really good guy. I have had this guy paint before. The fellow has a speech impediment but he is a very good Christian fellow. I initially wanted to work with to try and help him out, but he has done a very good job and it has been a very good experience for both of us. He is a great guy and does a good job and gives an excellent value as well.
