They didn't just open up the clog so it would drain, they cleaned out the pipe completely until there was no obstruction left. We had a back up on Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called Clark Discount Drain Care and they were there faster than they promised. They gave me a preliminary quote over the phone, based on the main line clog being the issue, and that's it cost. The price was VERY reasonable, especially compared to larger national companies, and they did a great job! Dave and Rick did not stop after they had just cleared the line, they kept at it until all the roots were cleared out. They told me what they were doing, explained everything and made sure it was done well, and done right. I was glad to find a local company to support, and even more impressed at the amount of pride they take in their job. That goes a long way with me.
