I thought this was a little expensive for changing locks, but the service person was at my house, so I went ahead.  He seemed a bit unprofessional and had trouble with English, but I went ahead and had him change my locks.  Everything was okay till January 17,2012, when the button on the center of the knob of the door leading to my garage jammed.  I could not open the door, no matter which way I adjusted the button, and I could not get the key to work from the other side of the door either.  I called the company's 800 number, but they told me they had no record of my transaction.  I asked them how this could be, since I had their yellow hand-written receipt in my hand with the same 800# on it.  The person said he did not know..  He also told me that the work was done too long ago for any warranty to be valid (one and a half years ago...I thought locks would have a longer warranty than that.)  Then I looked them up according to the web address on my receipt.  From there I got a local number to call.  Again I was told that there was no warranty in effect.  When I asked how long a warranty there was on locks, the man I was talking to (Erin) said, "um, I don't know.  Probably 6 month or a year."  I gave up and called another locksmith that I researched through Angie's list....something I should have done to start with.

I would NEVER recommend 24/7 Mobile Locksmith to anyone.  Do yourself a favor and do not use them!
